Trek Itinerary

Phulara Ridge Trek is one of the most beautiful treks in India, known for its scenic landscapes. Ridge treks aren\t very common in a country like India and only a small number of people strive for ridge summits. Yet, after being explored, this trek is now one of the most sought-after. The Phulara Ridge Trek takes you up to a height of 12,150 m.

Phulara ridge trek starts from a small village named Sankri in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand. Also, Sankri is a basecamp for other treks, including Har ki dun, Kedarkantha Trek, and Bali Pass trek. The Phulara Ridge trek implies a splendid journey with a high altitude of 12,150 Ft. This challenging trek in Uttarakhand is rated with an easy to moderate difficulty level that largely depends on the fitness level of the trekker. This trek is suitable for both families as well as individual trekkers.

The best time for this trek is from the middle of March to the middle of June. And next, from the middle of September till December. Phulara Ridge trek is also a great trek for monsoon treks, since at that time there are flowers and greenery, making the trek memorable.

At Phulara ridge trek, the temperature ranges between 8 and 15 degrees Celsius during the day and can drop as low as -5 degrees Celsius at night. Hence you need proper gear and clothing to fight the sub-zero temperature.
